Both my husband and I are enjoying our recent order of Redhook Dreams Sunflower Seed Butter :-) I am enjoying some from the jar right now!! I went on a hunt for a good quality Organic, sprouted Sunflower butter as both my husband and I are trying to watch our Oxalate intake for various health reasons. We have found that, here in South FL, it does seem to keep a firmer texture in the refrigerator; it seems to be 'runny' when left out on the counter. We have blended in some raw Maple Syrup and Alaea Hawaiin Salt for variety; we plan to try testing it with Coconut manna as well. Blessings
